Information we collect
Information you provide
- Bookings. When you book a day pass or private office, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (when provided). Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive payment confirmation and related identifiers, not your full card number.
- Contact form and email. If you contact us, we collect your name, email, message, and any interest you select (for example membership or a longer office stay).
- Door access. We may use the last digits of your phone number to create a time-limited door code, or we may use a generated code. Codes and access records are stored so we can issue and troubleshoot entry.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, our host and tools may log IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate time of visit.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used (for example pages viewed and general traffic). Google may set cookies or similar technologies. See Google’s policies.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy practices apply to data they process as a payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Process and fulfill bookings and payments
- Provision and email door codes and arrival details
- Manage capacity and operate the space
- Respond to messages and inquiries
- Send transactional messages about your booking (confirmations, access, refunds when applicable)
- Notify operators of new bookings and operational issues
- Improve the Site and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms
We do not sell your personal information.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (for example sale of assets), in which case we will take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Retention
We keep booking and contact records as long as reasonably needed to operate the business, handle follow-ups, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete or correct information; we may retain limited records where we must (for example paid transactions).
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email chris@doco.work. We will respond within a reasonable time.
You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect analytics or some Site features.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information (including HTTPS and access controls on our systems). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site and bookings are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from those in your country.
